Your satisfaction is important to us at Leqira. If you need to return a product, we’re here to ensure the process is simple and transparent.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that are personalized, used, or marked as final sale are not returnable for hygiene or logistical reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number may be refused.
After receiving and reviewing the returned items, we will confirm your refund eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Some refunds may be subject to deductions for restocking or original shipping costs.
If your refund doesn’t appear on your statement within the expected timeframe, we suggest contacting your financial institution before reaching out to us.
Discounted items are also eligible for return, but the refund will reflect the price paid, not the original price.

All returned packages must be securely packed, include the original tags and documentation, and clearly display the RA number on the outside of the box.
Unless the return is the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable service for your peace of mind.
A restocking fee might apply to select items. If applicable, this will be clearly communicated during your return request.
